INTERNAL PIPE COATING

Berizzi produces professional internal pipe coating machines designed for high-pressure airless spray applications across a wide range of pipe diameters. These internal pipe coating machines feature a compact, robust gun body with all fluid-contact components manufactured in stainless steel.

The PNEUS MINI  can work with pipe diameter of 2 to 8 inches.  Moreover, thanks to the 360° nozzle, the Pneus Mini is able to cover, in only one passage, the complete inner surface of the pipe.  On request the arms can be modified to reach and coat a pipe with an 18 inch diameter. 

If you need an internal pipe coater to spray any pipe with a larger diameter than 18 inches you are going to want to use the PNEUS.  The standard model can coat a pipe diameter of 18 to 30 inches.  The PNEUS has a rotating pneumatic motor, which allows the continuous rotation of the nozzle, ensuring the complete coating of the inner surface of the pipe.  On request the arms can be modified to reach and coat a pipe with a 47 inch diameter.
